Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Tracking and estimated delivery times are serviced by our logistics partners and not us. Once it leaves HQ we cannot recall, redirect or stop delivery.

All customers are responsible for local duties and taxes and we cannot forsee changes in domestic import duties and what those costs will be, such as the UK postal delivery charges since leaving the European Economic Zone.

It depends on where you are. It also now depends in pandemic impacts and strikes, which are out of our control. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive within Australia. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Final delivery details and tracking will be provided in your confirmation of dispatch email.

We try our best but we are a small micro-batch company so we cannot compete with big box retailers on their turnaround times and whizzy trackers.
