FREE AUSTRALIA SHIPPING when you spend over $100!
Orders under $100 are charged dependent on size and weight of package, all parcels are automatically sent via Australia's first 100% carbon neutral delivery service, using compostable packaging. Please note free shipping is not applied when a gift card or online credit is used to pay for an order.
We deliver products domestically to all metropolitan areas (Australian capital cities and major metro areas) and parcels are expected to arrive within 3-10 business days. In the event there are unforeseeable delays we will try to keep you informed but if something has not arrived as expected then please email us at info@grandpacificcustoms.com and we will try to let you know more information. Day and timed deliveries are outside of our operational capability at the moment as we are a small company.
Regional areas outside the express post network may receive their parcel within 5-10 business days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information from the designated courier. They probably have better visibility of your package than we do presently.
Once your order has left the dispatch GRAND PACIFIC CUSTOMS is no longer liable for its whereabouts. Please see below for more information.
If you have not received your items within 10 business days of making your order, please email us at info@grandpacificcustoms.com and with your full name and order number and we will look into your delivery immediately. In most cases this means that an attempted delivery has occurred and that your parcel is waiting for you at your nearest post office or collection point.
